剪纸大多数都是单色的，唯独我们蔚县剪纸是彩色点染刻纸。”在故宫文创融合馆里，全国自强模范何宝立正介绍着他引以为傲的技艺。3月26日，“冀艺生辉匠传千品”省残疾人非遗文创作品展推广活动在北京故宫文创融合馆举办。作为参展代表，何宝立特意为故宫创作了一幅新作。他用刻刀下的精细线条，讲述着蔚县剪纸“阴刻为主、阳刻为辅”的独特魅力，也讲述着非遗代表性传承人刻刀下的坚守与生命的光彩。
